I was looking for a house in Eureka while living in LA. I found an agent (Lorenzo!) at Coldwell Banker who took the time "get me" and what I was looking for. And when I got to town to actually look at houses, he made sure I found the house that was right for me, and I put in an offer following his advice all the way. Our offer was flawless, while competitors' offers had issues. And I ended up with my dream house. During the inspection period and work period, while I was still in LA, Lorenzo handled everything locally, and things were shipshape when my moving truck arrived. I think that's as good as it gets.
